X is for Extremadura. I know, I know...Extremadura doesn't beging with an X. But anyway it's MY visual encyclopaedia. Extemadura is one of the best places in the world to be. Specially because it's well hidden in the heart of Spain, not to be found at first glance. It has given me happiness, I hope to be back there some day.
*It has also given me things that may as well have been worth a letter; as T for Técula Mécula and V for Pimentón de la Vera ¶ 11:55 am
